crimeandpunishment writes "It looks like lawyers for Apple and AT&T will be spending a lot of time together. A federal judge says a lawsuit against the two companies claiming monopoly abuse over the iPhone can proceed as a class action. The case centers on Apple "locking" iPhones so they can only be used on AT&T's network. The class includes anyone who bought an iPhone with a two-year AT&T agreement since June 2007."
