  • In a case like this, I think it is much more reasonable to assume that the gamblers in KY are legitimate targets, not the websites. Now all we need is for this judge to decide that bidding on eBay is a form of gambling and he can own the world's largest auction site.
    • Well, buying stock at wall street sounds like a bigger gamble to me. That reasoning should give KY a nice economic boost.
