Feed Special Issue on Free Software

Josh Baugher wrote in to say that Feed is running a special issue on free software. Includes bits with RMS, ESR. More is coming, including bits from the GNOME boys and Larry Wall. Nice little page.

Stallman vs. Allman

Hmm. Does Richard Stallman carry some resentment for Eric Allman pursuing commercial opportunities with Sendmail, Inc. [sendmail.com]? It doesn't look like they think the same way about the world or the future of free and/or open software.

Does anyone know of any other sites with these people (or others of their ilk) discussing the underlying framework of the free software/open source communities?

FYI - there are other comments on the feedmag [feedmag.com] site that /.ers might find interesting.
