MAEs slow

Both MAE East (Washington) and MAE West (Silicon Valley) have been undergoing greater then normal congestion and packet loss, accordingto techs. Mindspring has been at the forefront of identifying the problem, but as of yet, no one is quite sure this is happening. This congestion and packet loss has been leading to slower response times from many ISP. Both MAE here are operated by Worldcom.
