Beowulf Update

Allright I've got another source on the whole mess involving NASA and the Beowulf code. He requested Anonymity, but let's just say this should be reliable. It appears that we're in a Red Tape Snafu over there. Nothing illegal was being exported, but somebody made a boo boo and shut it down anyway. Now getting it back is requiring intense Uncle Same Crap. Things are sticky, and it may be awhile before the code can be put back online and work can continue.
