DefCon 6.0

The Lockster writes "Reminder - DEFCON 6.0 is coming up in a week! Now the largest hacker convention in the states, we're expecting 2,000 people this year. It's being held at the Plaza Hotel in old downtown Las Vegas. Dates: 7/31-8/1 (Fri-Sun) URL: link info/questions: [e-mail] ". Hmm, I wonder if DefCon has been a victim of its own success, or if those 2,000 people really know what they're talking about. It also looks like some the CPIO people will be there, as well as well as Ian Goldberg and Winn Schwartau. Not to mention the now-infamous Hacker Jeopardy.
