David L. Sifry wrote in to plug Cyberliberties. He says "Cyberliberties, a place for news and views on civil liberties in cyberspace, now has an announce-only mailing list. Subscribers receive a nightly update on the articles posted to Cyberliberties that day, along with links to the articles and commentaries. We think it'll a great fast information source for people who are interested in cyberspace civil liberties issues. Cyberliberties is an all volunteer open source effort, and we're looking for additional sources of information as well as interesting stories themselves.
